  It was very nice here. Very friendly staff, which served immediately and without reservation. Steak and ribs could not be created. We will be back.

  It all started when we drove up and the older valet guy told us we could not park in the front to check in since we did not need help with our bags. We were just trying to unload our bags up front and he told us we had to self park on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. Each of the 3 nights we were woken up a few times by yelling, laughing, partying, screaming, fighting, loud drunk people walking down the hallway of the 10th floor of the main tower. I wanted to yell out the door we were sleeping. At about 4 AM there was also a main loud fire alarm that was set off, we heard screaming, and when we called were told there was no fire, and we were safe. All the fire trucks came later in the morning, and we could smell musty water and smoke on the 2-3rd floor. If you come to ski, be prepared to wait in long shuttle lines or walk a lot. When we tried to check-out the front desk would not answer the phone. The in room safe was broke. Be prepared to have NO expectations since there is a casino and a drinking clientele.

  Do not recommend. Visited in January felt like you were eating outside. Very cold. Salmon and broccoli were cold. Very loud and most of the music was unrecognizable with heavy metal/head banging venue. Price for quality, quantity, flavor and atmosphere not worth it. Visit Vegas or Cleveland Hard Rock
